Hello all,

Our team is hiring a Public Education Specialist 2 (PES2) to support our team. The application deadline is April 23, 2026.

The role focuses on program coordination and operations, including managing logistics for large-scale events, conferences, and meetings; overseeing project timelines and budgets; and supporting successful delivery of contract deliverables. Responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, and developing administrative processes to support program implementation. This is a project management–focused role with a strong emphasis on event coordination and collaborative work. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project management and event coordination, especially in a multi-stakeholder environment.
