The Residential Clinician is to provide culturally responsive, strength-based, trauma informed behavioral health services to young adults in foster care who reside in Unity Care’s THP program. This position provides trauma-informed individual and group therapy, and consultation to collateral team members. Under the supervision of the Director of Compliance, this person will provide services that are aligned with UCG’s service model and clinical philosophy.
