Hello CYF Colleagues,
Please see below for two current opportunities with the McAuley Counseling Enriched Education Program (CEEP), a collaborative partnership between UCSF Health, SFDPH, and SFUSD serving adolescents with intensive behavioral health and educational needs. We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor and an Adolescent Clinical Therapist. Please feel free to share with interested colleagues and networks and contact Rob Wagner (rob.w...@ucsf.edu) for any questions.
Clinical Supervisor – McAuley CEEP
The Clinical Supervisor serves as the operational and supervisory leader for McAuley CEEP, a unique counseling-enriched education program that integrates behavioral health and special education services for adolescents with significant mental health needs.
This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and consultation to a multidisciplinary clinical team while overseeing day-to-day program operations, service delivery, and quality improvement efforts. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with SFUSD, SFDPH,
UCSF Health, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, student-centered care and strong program outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys leadership, program development, staff mentorship, and systems-level collaboration
while remaining closely connected to the direct work of supporting youth and families.
Apply Here.
Adolescent Clinical Therapist – McAuley CEEP
The Adolescent Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, group, and case management services to middle and high school students receiving intensive school-based mental health support. Therapists are part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and have
the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and families while supporting emotional, behavioral, social, and academic growth. The role offers a unique blend of direct clinical work, family engagement, crisis support, and school-based collaboration
within a therapeutic day school environment. Clinicians who enjoy creative group work, team-based care, and working with adolescents experiencing complex mental health challenges will find this role both rewarding and impactful.
Apply Here.
Warmly,
