The Gemma Project is currently hiring for a critical role as we expand our gender- and trauma-responsive jail and prison reentry programming for justice-involved women. Filling this position is an urgent need in order to provide support to the 10 Bay Area Counties we serve.

We are seeking:

• Continuing Care Coordinator – A skilled, compassionate, organized support provider to guide participants from incarceration into the community, offering individualized planning and system navigation post-release.

While this is a full-time role, we can accommodate a part-time schedule for those currently completing their MSW degree. This full-time position includes health and retirement benefits. We are a deeply mission-driven organization with a positive and supportive organizational culture. We strongly encourage applications from individuals with lived experience in the justice system.
