We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Behavioral Health Clinician II – Lead Service Coordinator. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Position Overview:
As a Lead Service Coordinator, you will:

Lead a multidisciplinary team of case managers, peer recovery coaches and other mental health professions to coordinate care with psychiatric prescribers.
- Ensure consistent and quality care delivery, identifying and addressing training gaps within the team.
- Provide coordination and support in forensic settings, including behavioral health courts.
- Navigate and utilize referral paths and community resources effectively.
- Work within multisystemic environments, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in community training models, enhancing service delivery and team capabilities.
- Travel to client locations as needed; a company vehicle is provided, but a valid California driver's license in good standing is required.
Qualifications:
- Spanish and English bilingual proficiency is required.
- Experience in specialty mental health and community mental health settings is essential.
- Strong understanding of referral processes and resource navigation.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and dynamic environments.
