Bay Area Community Services is hiring Associate Directors and Directors for their Residential and Justice Programs.  Be a part of making changes in your field of expertise, internally and externally.

 

Associate Directors and Directors reports to senior leadership and are responsible for administrative and clinical direction of multiple direct-service programs and services at BACS.  They will oversee operations including clinical, administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement to promote the highest element of service provision. The position is responsible for successfully implementing new programs and services and adhering to our strategy and growth plan. This position will actively engage with the community, building trusting relationships and facilitating access to vital resources and support services for vulnerable populations. This position will include travel throughout Alameda County.
