Dr. Natalye Pearson, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, is available to provide outside supervision for registered associates pursuing licensure as LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs who are employed at group practices or other settings and need an independent supervisor.

What I Offer

• Virtual supervision statewide (California)
• BBS-compliant outside supervision for associates in nonexempt settings
• Integrative approach: relational, psychodynamic, and ACT-informed
• Culturally responsive supervision with particular focus on clinicians from Black, Brown, and marginalized communities navigating inequitable systems

My Approach

With over 20 years of clinical experience, my supervision goes beyond hours logging. I emphasize thoughtful case conceptualization, ethical practice, and the intentional use of self — creating space where clinicians can show up fully, including the uncertainty and emotional weight that comes with this work.

Who This Is For

Registered associates (AMFTs, ASWs, APCCs) who are currently employed at a group practice or nonexempt setting and are seeking an outside supervisor. Your employer will be asked to sign a Written Oversight Agreement acknowledging our supervisory relationship, per BBS requirements.
