Announcement: Dimensions Clinic for Queer and Trans Youth is hiring 2 Outreach and Care Coordinators!
Dimensions Clinic is a dynamic, innovative primary care clinic for transgender, nonbinary (TGNB), and queer-identifying young people, ages 12-25, offering gender-affirming care, general medical care, therapy, and psychiatry.
This year, the clinic is adding a harm-reduction focused substance abuse prevention, education, and care coordination program, Dimensions After the Party, and through our partner agency, Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement, we are hiring 2 outreach & care coordinators to coordinate and assist the Dimensions clinical team. The positions pay over $25 per hour, plus benefits. and we are currently taking applications.
