Please note: This is one year contract appointment that offers full benefits (medical, dental, vision and retirement savings). This role is also fully-remote.
The Program and Education Coordinator will serve as a key administrative coordinator for the curricular, programmatic, outreach, research, and educational initiatives of the Project Director and Principal Investigator. As an experienced professional, they will coordinate and manage a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, project coordination, completion of project-specific tasks, grant and manuscript preparation, program planning, development, administration, and communication with external partners with a high level of professionalism and collaboration. They will provide critical support for the development and maintenance of curriculum materials and assist with administrative processes in the learning management system. The Coordinator will also assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, they will demonstrate sound judgment in navigating administrative priorities and contribute to the successful execution of program goals.
