The Menopause Education Center is a national leader in menopause education, workplace compliance, and women’s health advocacy. We work with Fortune 500 companies, policymakers, healthcare leaders, and communities to transform how menopause is understood, supported, and legislated—at work, at home, and in society. This is a real, hands-on internship inside a fast-growing organization shaping the future of women’s health.

You might be studying:
Public Health, Law, Policy, Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Gender Studies, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Direct mentorship from a nationally recognized menopause and workplace wellness leader
Real experience in policy, marketing, and health education (not busy work)
Exposure to corporate clients, legislation, and advocacy work
Strong resume experience + letter of recommendation
Opportunity to grow into a paid or long-term role
Strong research and writing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with Google Docs / Drive
Interest in women’s health and social impact
Bonus: social media familiarity, Canva, or policy research experience
This intern will support multiple core areas of the organization:
Assist with social media scheduling (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB occasional TikTok/X)
Help repurpose reports, articles, and thought leadership into posts
Support content calendars and engagement tracking
Research trends in women’s health, menopause, and wellness marketing
Track menopause-related legislation (state + federal)
Support updates to compliance reports and policy summaries
Research workplace accommodations laws, health equity policy, and women’s health legislation
Help summarize findings in clear, usable formats
Help organize and update MEC’s internal document center
Maintain reports, decks, research summaries, and educational materials
Assist with version control and report refreshes
Support preparation of materials for corporate clients and partners
Research trends in menopause care, wellness, benefits, and healthcare innovation
Assist with marketing and positioning materials
Support storytelling around impact, education, and advocacy
Learn how mission-driven organizations scale influence and revenue
