MATERIALS AND PROJECTS REMOVAL
At the end of each semester, Jacobs teaching studios and storage areas are cleaned up so that the building is ready for a new semester of student and course activity. All students, instructors, and groups with projects or materials in the teaching studios must remove them by January 7, 2021. The building is open for materials pickup 8:30am - 7pm weekdays for the remainder of next week, December 20-22, and January 3-7. We are closed for winter curtailment and holidays December 23 - January 2.
As a reminder, there is a separate, earlier deadline for Maker Pass holders to clear out materials from the Makerspace—today, December 17 at 7pm.
If you are unable to retrieve your materials by the specified date, email amy...@berkeley.edu with an exact description of the materials to be saved and where in the building they are located so that we can extend the pickup window until the start of the semester. Any materials/projects in the teaching studios that are not removed or do not have a confirmed pickup deadline extension by January 7th will be recycled/discarded.
