This work uses speculative design — the creation of conceptual designs to generate reflection and discussion — in relation to social values in multiple ways, including provoking discussion, sparking reflection, and acting as a qualitative research method. Innovative Design presents HEX: Hone & Explore, a weekend of free, virtual workshops where students can learn various creative skills! Our workshops cover topics in graphic design, web design, photography, and more!
The event is open to all students, alumni, friends, and family - with no experience necessary. Workshops are 1 hour long, running from 11am-4pm PT on Saturday, 4/10 and 11am-3pm PT on Sunday, 4/11 on Zoom.
