Perfect Test Opp - Full Sturgeon Moon Tonight - Plus Eclipse Megamovie Mobile now test ready for iOS

They call it the Full Sturgeon Moon, and it rises tonight!  According to the Farmers' Almanac, this full moon got its name as follows:

Full Sturgeon Moon – August The fishing tribes are given credit for the naming of this Moon, since sturgeon, a large fish of the Great Lakes and other major bodies of water, were most readily caught during this month. A few tribes knew it as the Full Red Moon because, as the Moon rises, it appears reddish through any sultry haze. It was also called the Green Corn Moon or Grain Moon.

And if you're in the Eastern Hemisphere (which unfortunately is not most of you here in North America we know), you'll also get a partial lunar eclipse with this full moon, making it a doubly special treat. In fact, it should be happening now!
