Hello once again everyone!

I hope your October is treating you well, and that the onset of Fall brings only beauty and joy.

Tonight we are pleased to present Sonoma County nature photographer Diane Miller, speaking about her photography career and her journey into eclipse- and astro-photography. Diane will also talk a bit about processing her photographs and the journey that comes with it.

We have officially launched our Kaggle Competition, with great help from NASA Citizen Science spreading the word. The official Kaggle page can be found here: https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/eclipse-megamovie/overview.

As of the time of this writing, we have 81 entrants and 79 submissions, which is incredibly exciting! The competition will go until December.

Zoom information for the meeting tonight can be found below. We hope to see you there, and thanks as always for being the best Participatory Science community out there.

Hannah :)
