Hello once again to our eclipse family!
Today I write to you with several different bits of information:
Our next volunteer meeting is happening on Monday, September 30th, 2024 at 5pm PST, 7pm CST, 8pm EST. You can find the Zoom information for this meeting here:

Laura Peticolas will teach us how to use the Helioviewer and make videos of the triangle prominence taken by NASA satellites, which so many of you either saw or took photographs of on April 8th this year. She will also teach us a bit about the sun while she is at it!
Some of you have sent requests to be removed from our mailing list, and we understand completely. The eclipse has happened, and for some that is the end of the engagement that is desired. If you wish to be removed from any Google Group or listserv, here are some instructions for that:

We have locked in the dates for all future meetings of this nature, and the dates will be listed at the end of this email. We will of course continue to send out periodic reminders with the zoom information as the meetings approach.
