Hey everyone!

I hope you are all doing well. It's great to see how lively the field is lately.

1. Sports Club Membership: All club members will need to get their free Sports Clubs membership here, this is a semesterly thing, so please get it if you haven't this semester.

2. Pay Club Dues: The deadline to pay club dues is October 14, 11:59 PM. ALL club members that want to use our equipment and/or field must pay their dues. You can purchase your dues here (Ignore the $15 option). Once paid, please screenshot the payment receipt and email it to calarchery...@gmail.com so we can confirm your payment.

3. Medical Clearance: For those who are joining a sport club for the first time or for people who were NOT medically cleared during the 2021-2022 school year, please fill out and submit the PPE and HHR forms. For those medically cleared during the 2021-2022 school year, just fill out the HHR form. You will need to complete these at least 2-3 weeks before an upcoming tournament.

Correction to the third item on the list, for those joining a sport club for the first time or not medically cleared previously, you do not have to fill out both PPE and HHR forms, just the PPE form.

Additionally, medical clearances are due October 28th, so schedule an appointment for a physical exam ASAP for the PPE form.
