Revisions to principles & guidelines

As you recall, the TGDC adopted proposed high-level principles and guidelines and transmitted them to the EAC for their consideration last year. I am at the TGDC meeting today and we heard an update on that; the public comment period has ended, the EAC staff has concluded their internal review of the public comments, and they have prepared proposed revisions to the principles and guidelines. These proposed revisions will soon be considered by the EAC commissioners for adoption, but haven’t been formally adopted yet. I thought I’d share them with you. This relates only to the high-level principles & guidelines, not the technical requirements.

In my reading, the proposed revisions all seem relatively minor, but you can form your own opinion.
