Structured Supply Chain Data Survey

Hi Everyone,

As a next step in the research I presented at the Winter 2025 Software and Supply Chain Assurance Forum we have started a survey.

This survey is for anyone and I ask that you circulate it to your community of contacts in other companies so we get a broad coverage in the responses.

The survey is focused on getting information about the awareness and adoption of Digital Product Passports, Bill of Materials, and the UN's Transparency Protocol, which have significant supply chain information and are being mandated by one or more EU regulations that are going into affect in the near future if not already.

I would like you to take it and share it with their colleagues in those other organizations as we are looking to get as broad a representation as possible.

We are planning to close the survey on April 8th.
