Hello SCAP lists, 

A couple of weeks ago, I was made aware of this article:  https://www.sdxcentral.com/articles/news/ibm-security-mcafee-spearhead-open-cybersecurity-alliance/2019/10/

It would seem that the "meat" of the article mentioned a bunch about integrations between tools, and some open source development, spearheaded by McAfee's OpenDXL project.  The article contained some information about an OASIS Open Project called the Open Cybersecurity Alliance (https://opencybersecurityalliance.org/) with a large list of vendor partners involved.

I wanted to circulate this to the wider SCAP lists, so please forward to other lists I haven't included, and start a conversation around this effort as it may or may not relate to SCAP 2.0.
