MAYO: Practical Post-Quantum Signatures from Oil-and-Vinegar Maps
### Abstract ###
This talk will give an overview of the MAYO digital signature scheme, and the Oil and Vinegar signature scheme that it is based on.
We will also briefly discuss some of the changes the MAYO team plans to make to the spec in case MAYO proceeds to the next round of the NIST on ramp.

### Mini bio ###
Ward is a cryptographer at IBM Research Zurich working on quantum safe cryptography. He is interested in the design and cryptanalysis of quantum safe digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs and advanced protocols from various hardness assumptions including multivariate, isogeny-based, lattice-based, symmetric, and less common assumptions. He is part of the MAYO NIST submission team. He is known to break things on his laptop during weekends.
