We are pleased to announce the release of our CryptoSys PQC for Windows programmers library.
It provides support for all parameter sets of the published algorithms ML-KEM, ML-DSA and SLH-DSA.
There are interfaces for C#, VB.NET, C++(STL), Python, golang, and ANSI C languages.
There is support for both "expanded" and "seed" keys, and for the ExternalMu variant for ML-DSA, and for "pure" and "pre-hash" signature variants.
It passes all the test vectors provided by NIST at their ACVP-Server GitHub site (https://github.com/usnistgov/ACVP-Server/tree/master/gen-val/json-files).
Available at https://www.cryptosys.net/pqc/. It is free to use in your applications (commercial or otherwise).
