Dear Loganaden Velvindron,

PQCrypto is planned as an in-person conference, and as such, we generally require that at least one person registers and comes to physically present their work.

Thanks to our sponsors, we can provide some stipends and other travel assistance for authors from developing countries, and some other groups, such as student authors.

Best Regards,
- markku
