While the Classic McEliece ISO standard is paywalled,
https://classic.mceliece.org/iso.html is clear that the ISO standard is
compatible with the team's specification, which is freely available.
The only additional information needed to conform to the ISO standard
is the list of standardized parameter sizes, which is also on the
same website. Therefore, one doesn't need to read the ISO standard
in order to conform to it.
