Mirath v2.1 Release

The Mirath team is happy to announce the release of Mirath v2.1. This release brings significant improvements to the performances of the scheme. Indeed, Mirath v2.1 is up to 10x faster than Mirath v2.0 for some
parameter sets.

Hi all,
We have released a note regarding the performances of Mirath on our website. In this note, we report speed-ups for the signing and verification algorithms which are up to 2.5x faster than the current version of the scheme. In addition, we also report numbers
for the signing and verification algorithms corresponding to the VOLEitH variant of Mirath-b which are up to 3.2x faster than the current version of the scheme. Should Mirath be selected to advance in the next round of the standardization process, a new package
including these improvements would be released.
