The piv-test-cards mail list has been moved

The piv-test-cards mail list has been moved to a new system. The new
email address for the list is piv-tes...@list.nist.gov.

With the move to the new system, the archives for the mail list are now
available again:
https://groups.google.com/a/list.nist.gov/forum/#!forum/piv-test-cards.
There are a few messages that were sent to the list that are currently
missing from the archives, but that is something that is being worked on.

Please be sure to use the new email address when sending messages to the
list. Updated information on how to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the
list will be posted soon to
