Phishing email sent to piv-test-cards mail list

Hello all,

About an hour ago a phishing email was sent to the piv-tesdt-cards mail
list, and it was apparently able to get past the filters that are in place.

While the email is designed to appear as if it were sent by Jim Strey, I
have no reason to believe he was the actual sender.

The links in the email go to a different address than they appear to go,
and given the nature of the email I would not be surprised if the
attached documents contain malicious content. So, please just delete the
message without clicking on any of the links or opening the attachments.

Hopefully, this will not happen again, but if it does, then I may change
the list so that all messages have to be reviewed before they are
posted, even though that would add a delay.
