The NIST report "Notes of Threshold EdDSA/Schnorr Signatures" (NIST IR 8214B ipd) was published on 2022-Aug-12:

Related comments are welcome in this forum. However, comments intended for consideration in the process of producing the final version of IR 8214B should be sent, till 2022-Oct-24, to "nistir-8214B-comments (at) nist (dot) gov"

EdDSA is one of the primitives within the scope of an upcoming call for threshold schemes. The report expresses an interest on EdDSA schemes "interchangeable" with respect to the verification operation.

I see it's past the deadline for comments, but I have a few on NISTIR-8214B. Unlike 2021a, I can't seem to find the template for comments and no instructions for comments are included on the publication link as suggested by this article. https://www.nist.gov/news-events/news/2022/08/nist-requests-comments-ir-8214b-initial-public-draft-notes-threshold

If there's still room for comments, please share the comment template.
