Dear MPTC friends,
A few weeks ago we presented a preview of our planned submission PQarrots.PQarrots is a suite composed of a Digital Signature with Threshold Signing (Macaw), a PKE with threshold decryption (Kea) and a Distributed Key Generation mechanism (Kakapo) based on Cryptographic Commutative Group Actions instantiated from Isogenies of Supersingular Curves.
