TECLA and THE CLASH previews

Dear MPTC forum,

Last week during the MPTS 2026 NIST workshop, Federico presented our previews of TECLA and THE CLASH. 

TECLA is a Two-Party ECDSA, while THE CLASH is a t-out-of-n Threshold ECDSA. Both are based on the CL encryption scheme, an LHE scheme based on class groups. They are interchangeable with plain ECDSA with regard to signature verification.
