PANTHERIA Preview

Dear Threshold Crypto friends,

As a follow-up to the suggestion by Luis, I want to share a "preview" of our PANTERIA preview talk in the afternoon session on January 27.

Out talk will include three parts: 

1. Background on FHE and threshold FHE (as currently implemented in open-source libraries),
2. A high-level description of our proposed cryptosystems and methodology for reference implementations and performance evaluation.
3. A preliminary technical overview of key new components in the proposed cryptosystems.

At a high level, we propose three crypto-systems augmenting common FHE schemes with active-security properties: Th-(d)BFV, Th-FHEW, and Th-BGV. We will also share some early results for the key components.
