Dears,

I've found a deadlock calling the method eig() of
EigenvalueDecomposition... This is possible?

Hi,
could you please be more specific about the deadlock?
Do you have some sample code to reproduce it?

Best Regards

Hello all ?
I can?t run Jama on my machine, but looking at this matrix with MATLAB, I can?t see anything remarkable about it numerically.
It shouldn?t give ?eig? any trouble. Of course, we don?t have the actually matrix, we only have 14-digit decimal approximations
to the actual floating point numbers, but that should make any difference in this case. I will be very surprised if we find the
trouble is with the computation. Try some other 12-by-12 symmetric matrix.

Follow attached the covariance matrix printed with the method print of object Matrix that results in deadlock.
