the time servers at NIST/Boulder with IP addresses 132.163.96.x will be down for a software upgrade on Monday,9 December, starting at about 11:30 am local time (1830 UTC). The upgrade will also include the internal servers with IP addresses 132.163.4.x. The upgrade will take several hours. This is expected to be the last upgrade in this cycle.
