Hello,
the network connection that supports the time servers at NSIT Boulder (IP addresses 132.163.96.x) failed on Saturday morning and is still out of service. We have an open ticket with the service provider but I do not have any estimate for the time to repair the circuit.
Sorry.
The servers at the other sites are not affected.
