Dear colleagues,

I have added an additional time server to the systems at the University of Colorado. The name of the server is utcnist3.colorado.edu, and its IP address is 128.138.140.211. The server is based on FPGA hardware and can support a very large number of requests. This server responds to requests in NTP format only.
