The NIST time servers will be down for a few hours for a software upgrade. The servers at NIST Gaithersburg (129.6.15.x) will be down for the upgrade starting at about 11 am ET (16 UTC) on Tuesday, 3 December. The servers at WWV (132.163.97.x) will be upgraded on Thursday, 5 December starting at about 10 am MT (17 UTC). The servers at NIST/Boulder (132.163.96.x) will be upgraded next week, exact time to be determined.

In each case, the upgrade will take a few hours.
