Hi Andy,

As long as you have the *.wdb file in the same folder as the wpctranslator, you should have no problem.

I ran your case, and it generated the WDB file. 

BTW, if you are interested to see the source code, you can find it here:

Your domain also needs to be expanded in x direction at least twice. Currently, the simulation is not convergent.
