Kashif,
The recommended workflow is provided in the CONTAM User Guide in the Working with TRNSYS section.
There are example projects provided on the NIST Multizone Modeling website on the Type98 software page.
There is no means to directly import SU or IDF files into CONTAM.

Subject: [contam] Assistance with CONTAM Integration into TRNSYS
Hi everyone,
I am a new user of CONTAM and am currently planning to integrate it with TRNSYS for ventilation analysis. I have already developed a model in Google SketchUp using the TRNSYS plugin and successfully created .idf and .bui files for the TRNBuild and TRNSYS simulation
interfaces, respectively.
Before proceeding, I need to ensure that the integration process is correctly set up. I would like to know if there's a way to import SketchUp files, .idf files, or .bui files directly into CONTAM to facilitate this process.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or if someone could spare some time for a short online meeting to help me navigate this setup.
Best
