Hello,

I'm currently modeling airflow around an L-shaped building in CFD0, but I'm encountering an issue where a large region near the extended portion of the structure appears as a block of blue, indicating little to no airflow.

I’m wondering if this is a modeling error on my part or if CFD0 has limitations that prevent accurate analysis of this type of geometry.

For reference:

  • The yellow blockage represents the main house.
  • The red blockage represents an extension of the house.
  • The flood plane cut was taken at the middle of the garage.

I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have.

This issue was addressed offline by Dr. Leon Wang.
In summary, the simulation runs successfully.
However, CFD0 Editor only provides for the display of the results for a single wind angle.
It is suggested to use another CFD results viewing tool such as Tecplot or Paraview to view the results.
