New CDFs published

Good Morning Everyone,

I am pleased to announce that two key deliverables of this subgroup, the Ballot Definition CDF and MicroCDF have been published by NIST as special publications. Links to the specifications are available below:

These documents represent novel work in interoperability in the voting space. It is anticipated that revisions to the specifications will be made as vendors and others attempt to implement it. We encourage feedback by creating GitHub issues on the proper repository.
