We are eight weeks away from the Standards and Performance Metrics for On-Road Automated Vehicles Workshop (September 5-8, 2023). This free, virtual workshop will bring together the automated
vehicle community to update you on NIST’s recent work in the area, provide a forum for feedback, and set a path forward to ensure that NIST’s efforts in developing standards and performance metrics provide the greatest value to the community. NIST’s focus
areas have been on AV perception, communication, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and on the interaction among these systems.
