We hope your June is off to a terrific start. We have a few big announcements to share with you today.
I. New Project Team Leads
We’re pleased to announce the new class of PWWG Project Team Leads! Please join us on our June call next Wednesday, 6/14, when the new Leads will introduce themselves. In the meantime, here is a little about each Lead:

Congratulations to all, and thanks for your willingness to lead! Thanks also to those who volunteered. As always, it was a difficult decision to choose just a few folks from the great pool of candidates. We hope you’ll consider volunteering to lead one of our final three Project Teams later this year.
II. Call for Project Team 6 – 8 Members
Project Teams 6, 7, and 8 are now open to new members! Please visit our PWWG web page for information on each team, including how to sign up. As a reminder, you can sign up for any combination of Project Teams based on your interest and ability to contribute. We plan to hold our first Project Team meetings in a couple of weeks, so be sure to sign up soon. We’ll provide more details on our June call next Wednesday.
III. Project Team Member Orientation
We will hold a live orientation session for new Project Team members on Thursday, June 15th at 11am Eastern Time. We hope you’ll join to learn the basics of Project Team membership, including member responsibilities and information on how to help develop Task, Knowledge, and Skill Statements. Keep an eye out for a calendar invite from the NIST PWWG Team.
Not able to join the live session? Don’t sweat it; we will record the orientation and post it on the PWWG web page in the near future so members can access the video on demand.
