New URL for leap-seconds.list file

Dear colleagues,

NIST's leap-seconds.list text file, required by some NTP clients and other software, is now available at the following URLs:

https://tf.nist.gov/leap-seconds.list
http://tf.nist.gov/leap-seconds.list

There is no recent change to the substantive content of the leap second table, and no upcoming leap second is currently forecasted.
