(UI) Annotation panel on bottom in mobile

Hi, getting ready to dig into the codebase and wondering if anyone has or is working on making the annotation panel, currently on the right side, come from the bottom instead, and particularly on mobile?

examples would be the keyboard on iphone, and the developer tool panel when its attached to the window.

Ah ok, do you know how one would approach doing that? Getting a little lost in the setup involving the dev chrome extension. Was looking at ~/h/templates.app.html.jinja2 css but it seems complex which project I should be editing between h and the client and the chrome extension.

All of the relevant code is in the "client" project. The starting point will be to set up a basic development environment for the client. We have some documentation for this at https://h.readthedocs.io/projects/client/en/latest/developers/developing.html.
