Taiwani-Eesti koostööprogrammi 2022. aasta reisigrantide taotlusvoor toimus 1. oktoobrist kuni 13. detsembrini 2021.a.
Taiwani-Eesti teadusalase koostööprogrammi eesmärgiks on laiendada ning arendada kahe riigi teadusalast koostööd kõikides fundamentaal- ning rakendusteaduse valdkondades.

 

2022. aasta taotlusvooru valdkondadeks olid:

– Tervis
– Kultuur, loovus, kaasav ühiskond
– Turvalisus
– IKT, tööstus, kosmos
– Kliima, energia, mobiilsus
– Toit, biomajandus, loodusvarad, põllumajandus, keskkond

 

Taotluse esitasid neli teadlast, kelle seast ETAGi ja Taiwani Teaduse- ja Tehnoloogia Ministeeriumi ühise otsuse põhjal selgus kolm grandisaajat:

- Margit Olle, MTÜ Veggies Cultivation

Improved nutrition of vegetable crops through insect frass fertilization“, visiidiks direktor Wen Li Lee (Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute) juurde.

 

- Mikk Espenberg, Tartu Ülikool

Application of integrated bioelectrochemical-wetland systems to advance the microbial communities for the power production and mitigation of agricultural water pollution and greenhouse gas emissions“, visiidiks prof. Hsun-Yi Chen (National Taiwan University) juurde.

 

- Rain Männikus, Tallinna Tehnikaülikool

Improvement of Directional Wave Spectrum Measurement and Analysis using Miniature Buoys Array“, visiidiks prof. Hwa Chien (National Central University) juurde.

 

Konkurss 2023. a grantidele kuulutatakse välja selle aasta sügisel.

The results of the Estonian-Taiwan travel grant 2022 call were announced

 

The Call was open from 1st October until 13 December, 2021. The exchange visit programme provides opportunities for researchers from one partner country to visit research institutions in another partner country with the aim to facilitate research cooperation between Estonia and Taiwan. 

 

The areas for the 2022 travel grant call were:

- Health

- Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society

- Civil Security for Society

- Digital, Industry and Space

- Climate, Energy and Mobility

- Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment

 

Four applications were submitted to the call and three grants were awarded by joint decision of ETAG and Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST):

 

- Margit Olle, NGO Veggies Cultivation

The next call for the travel grant to visit Taiwanese research institutions in 2023 will open in autumn 2022.
