Toetusmeede ekspertide kaasamiseks „Euroopa horisondi“ taotluste eelkontrolli/ Support measure for the involvement of experts in the pre-check of ‘Horizon Europe’ proposals

Ekspertide kaasamise toetusmeetme eesmärgiks on pakkuda raamprogrammi „Euroopa horisont“ taotlejatele tasuta taotluste eelkontrolli.
Taotlust kommenteerib ekspert, kes annab tagasiside, kuidas taotluse kvaliteeti parandada ja seeläbi suurendada projekti rahastamise tõenäosust.
Tingimused:
- Meede on mõeldud „Euroopa horisondi“ II ja III samba (EIC Pathfinder) ning osaluse laiendamise ja Euroopa teadusruumi tugevdamise taotlusvoorude taotlustele.
- Taotluse saab esitada koordinaator või tööpaketi juht.
- Taotlus peab olema võimalikult valmis.
- Taotlus peab olema kirjutatud inglise keeles.
- Taotluse peab esitama hiljemalt 6 nädalat enne taotlusvooru sulgumist.
Esmalt tuleb taotlejal end andmebaasis https://wideraexperts.eu/ registreerida ja sisestada taotluse lühikirjeldus ning märksõnad. Oluline on lisada piisavalt relevantseid märksõnu, sest Eesti Teadusagentuuri konsultant (kontaktisik) viib selle alusel taotleja sobiva andmebaasis oleva eksperdiga kokku.
Ootame ka eksperte end andmebaasis registreerima. Eksperdil peavad olema kõrgel tasemel teadmised eespool mainitud „Euroopa horisondi“ valdkonnas/valdkondades ning suurepärane inglise keele oskus. Eksperdi tasu on 600 eurot (neto) taotluse kohta.

The purpose of the support measure is to provide applicants from the Widening countries an opportunity to have a free-of-charge pre-check of the proposal carried out by the experts. Expert will give recommendations on how to improve the quality of the proposal and increase the chances of receiving the funding.
Conditions:
- Support measure is aimed for Horizon Europe Pillar II, III (EIC Pathfinder), Widening and ERA pre- and full proposals.
- Only coordinator and/or work package leader can register and submit the proposal.
- The proposal needs to be as close to completion as possible.
- The proposal needs to be in English.
- Finished proposal needs to be submitted no later than six weeks before the call deadline.
Applicant should register in the free-of-charge wideraexperts.eu portal and enter short description of the proposal and relevant keywords. The keywords included in the proposal are crucial for the selection of the right expert by the NCP.
The expert should have a high level of expertise in the field that corresponds to Pillar II, Pillar III (EIC Pathfinder) or Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area of the Horizon Europe programme and an excellent command of English. Expert’s role is paid (EUR 600 gross).
