Eesti Teadusagentuur koostöös Prantsuse Suursaatkonna kultuuri- ja koostööosakonnaga ning Prantsuse Instituudiga Eestis kutsuvad Prantsuse–Eesti mobiilsuse ja teaduse koostööprogrammi PARROT 2026. a taotlusvooru tutvustavatele veebiseminaridele:

• N 26. veebruaril kl 11–12 (Eesti aeg) toimub ühine ingliskeelne infotund. Registreeru: Webinar on “French-Estonian Science and Technology Cooperation Programme PARROT 2026 Call"

• E 2. märtsil kl 11–12 (Eesti aeg) toimub eestikeelne infotund. Registreeru: Prantsuse-Eesti teadus- ja tehnoloogiaalase koostööprogrammi PARROT 2026. a taotlusvooru infotund

Mõlema seminari sisu on sarnane. Seminaril tutvustatakse programmi eesmärke, taotlemise tingimusi, projektide valiku põhimõtteid, millised on abikõlblikud kulud jm. Veebiseminarid toimuvad Teamsis ja on hiljem järelvaadatavad. Salvestuste lingid saadetakse registreerunutele. Küsimusi saab esitada nii infotundidel, kui ka registreerumisvormis.

Taotlusvoor reisigrantideks 2027.–2028. aastateks avaneb 2. märtsil 2026 ja sulgub 28. mail 2026.

PARROT programmi eesmärk on arendada kõrgetasemelist teadus- ja tehnoloogiaalast koostööd Eesti ja Prantsusmaa teadlaste vahel, toetada eelkõige uusi koostööprojekte ja samuti noorteadlaste ning doktorantide osalemist. Rohkem infot: Eesti-Prantsuse ühisprogramm PARROT

On 26 February at 11:00–12:00 (Estonian time) / 10:00–11:00 (CET) the Estonian Research Council and the French Institute of Estonia will jointly organise a webinar introducing PARROT mobility and research cooperation programme travel grants for 2027–2028. The French and Estonian coordinators of the PARROT programme, the representatives of the Campus France and the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research will give an overview of the programme's objectives, eligibility conditions and eligible costs, project selection etc. The webinar will be held on Teams and will be in English. The event will be recorded and the link will be sent to the registrants.

The application round for the travels in 2027– 2028 opens on 2 March 2026 and the deadline is 28 May 2026. French–Estonian PARROT programme provides travel grants for science and technology cooperation between French and Estonian researchers. The objective of the programme is to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between laboratories in both countries, by promoting new cooperation and the participation of young researchers and doctoral students. Prantsuse–Eesti koostööprogrammi PARROT taotlusvooru kandideerimise tähtaeg on 28. mail 2026. Taotleda saab reisigrante 2027.–2028. Aastateks. Taotlused tuleb esitada nii Eesti kui Prantsusmaa ametkondadele.

PARROT programmi eesmärk on arendada kõrgetasemelist teadus- ja tehnoloogiaalast koostööd Eesti ja Prantsusmaa teadlaste vahel, toetada eelkõige uusi koostööprojekte ja samuti noorteadlaste ning doktorantide osalemist. Rohkem infot ja taotlusvorm: Eesti-Prantsuse ühisprogramm PARROT

 

Rahastamine:

Eesti Teadusagentuuri ja Prantsusmaa ametkondade eelarved on mõlemal 30 000 eurot aastas ehk 60 000 eurot kahe aasta peale, millest planeeritakse rahastada 8-10 projekti.

Eestipoolne rahastus katab Eesti teadustöötajate sõidukulud ning nende päevarahad Prantsusmaal viibimise ajal.

• päevaraha: 125 EUR/päev (mis on ette nähtud majutuseks ja elamiskuludeks).

• sõidukulud: kuni 500 EUR ulatuses lähetuseks Prantsusmaale ja tagasi

Prantsusmaa-poolne rahastus katab Prantsuse teadustöötajate sõidukulud ning nende päevarahad Eestis viibimise ajal.

The application deadline for the French–Estonian cooperation programme PARROT is 28 May 2026. Travel grants for the years 2027–2028 are available for application. Applications must be submitted to both the Estonian and French authorities.

The aim of the PARROT programme is to develop high-level scientific and technological cooperation between Estonian and French researchers, with a particular focus on supporting new collaborative projects as well as the participation of early-career researchers and doctoral students. Funding:

The annual budgets of Estonian Research Council and the French authority are both EUR 30,000, amounting to EUR 60,000 over two years, from which 8–10 projects are planned to be funded.

The Estonian-side funding covers the travel expenses of Estonian researchers and their daily allowances during their stay in France.

• Daily allowance: EUR 125 per day (intended to cover accommodation and living expenses).
• Travel expenses: up to EUR 500 for travel to and from France.

The French-side funding covers the travel expenses of French researchers and their daily allowances during their stay in Estonia.

• Daily allowance: EUR 125 per day (intended to cover accommodation and living expenses).
