Dear researchers,

You are invited to take part in the international conference Potential of Real-World Data in the Baltics, which will take place on 14-15 May 2026 at Vilnius University.

We strongly encourage participation from Estonia. Given its recognised expertise in digital health and data integration, Estonian experience is highly relevant to the conference themes and important for strengthening regional collaboration.

The event brings together stakeholders working with real-world data (RWD) to share experience, discuss current developments, and examine how data can inform decision-making in healthcare, regulation, and policy. The programme will cover data infrastructures in the Baltic States, methodological approaches, and practical applications of RWD in real settings.

Participation is open to all those interested in these topics. Abstract submission is optional but encouraged for those who wish to present their work to an international audience.

We welcome contributions from participants working in:

  • pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacovigilance
  • public health and epidemiology
  • biostatistics and health data science
  • health economics and HTA
  • clinical and regulatory research
  • and related fields

Selected abstracts will be presented in a flash presentation session and included in the abstract book. Participants will also receive certificates.

Submission deadline: 23 April

Submission information:
