R&I solutions for climate neutral cities and regions: Israel & the Baltics online networking event
Date and time: 06. June 2024, 10.00 – 12.30 (Estonian time)
The online Brokerage Event of the three Baltic states and Israel will foster international collaboration between higher education and research institutions, public sector, business enterprises, NGOs, and others to meet the challenges caused by the changing climate and propose solutions for our cities and regions.
The event will focus on four thematic areas within Horizon Europe 2024 Calls:
- Green energy (renewable energy sources, biofuels)
- Adaptation to climate change (preparation to negative climate change effects, raising public awareness, involvement of all levels of public authorities)
- Climate-neutral cities, including the New European Bauhaus (urban planning, pollution reduction and mobility in cities and suburbs, involvement of all levels of public authorities)
- Sustainable mobility (transport, logistics)
When registering, participants will be given the opportunity to indicate their willingness to give a short pitch presentation that introduces their organization/project idea/partner search.
