Täpsustused „Euroopa horisondi“ taotluste eelkontrolli ekspertide kaasamise toetusmeetme tingimustes

Avatud on uus toetusmeede, mille eesmärgiks on pakkuda raamprogrammi Euroopa horisont nn osaluse laiendamise riikide taotlejatele tasuta taotluste eelkontrolli. Taotlust kommenteerivad eksperdid, kes annavad tagasisidet, kuidas taotluse kvaliteeti parandada ja seeläbi suurendada projekti rahastamise tõenäosust.

 

Tingimused:

• Meede on mõeldud Euroopa horisondi II ja III samba (EIC Pathfinder) ning osaluse laiendamise ja Euroopa teadusruumi tugevdamise taotlusvoorude taotlustele.
• Taotluse saab esitada koordinaator või tööpaketi juht.
• Taotlus peab olema võimalikult valmis.
• Taotlus peab olema kirjutatud inglise keeles.
• Eksperdi otsimise taotlus tuleb esitada hiljemalt kuus nädalat enne taotlusvooru sulgumist. Üldjuhul tuleb kohe üles laadida ka Euroopa horisondi taotlus, millele soovitakse eksperdi hinnangut. Erandina on võimalik see üles laadida ka hiljem, sel juhul palume kindlasti ühendust võtta ETAGi kontaktisikuga (maarja.soo...@etag.ee). Kuus nädalat on minimaalne aeg eksperdi leidmise, lepingu sõlmimise ning eelkontrolli läbiviimiseks, seetõttu julgustame esitama eksperdi otsimise taotlust varakult.

 

Taotlus esitatakse andmebaasis https://wideraexperts.eu/. Esmalt tuleb taotlejal end andmebaasis registreerida ja sisestada taotluse lühikirjeldus ning märksõnad. Oluline on lisada taotlust täpselt iseloomustavad märksõnad, sest Eesti Teadusagentuuri vastava valdkonna konsultant valib eksperdi nende alusel. Juhul, kui taotleja tahab projektitaotluse hiljem esitada, siis tuleks andmebaasis kommentaaridesse sisestada kuupäev, mis ajaks ta selle esitab.

 

Ootame ka eksperte end andmebaasis registreerima. Eksperdil peavad olema kõrgel tasemel teadmised eespool mainitud „Euroopa horisondi“ valdkonnas/valdkondades ning suurepärane inglise keele oskus. Eksperdi tasu on 600 eurot (neto) taotluse kohta.

Support measure for the involvement of experts in the pre-check of ‘Horizon Europe’ proposals - conditions have been specified!

 

A new support measure has been launched which is aimed at providing applicants from the Widening countries an opportunity to have a free-of-charge pre-check of the proposal carried out by the experts. Expert will give recommendations on how to improve the quality of the proposal and increase the chances of receiving the funding.

 

Conditions:

• Support measure is aimed for Horizon Europe Pillar II, III (EIC Pathfinder), Widening and ERA  pre- and full proposals.
• Only coordinator and/or work package leader can register and submit the proposal.
• The proposal needs to be as close to completion as possible.
• The proposal needs to be in English.
• The request to find an expert must be submitted no later than six weeks before the call deadline. In general, the Horizon Europe proposal for which an expert pre-check is requested must also be uploaded immediately. As an exception, it is also possible to upload it later, in which case please contact ETAG's contact person (maarja.soo...@etag.ee). Six weeks is the minimum time to find an expert, conclude the contract and carry out the pre-check, therefore we encourage you to submit a request for an expert search early.

 

Applicant should register in the free-of-charge wideraexperts.eu portal and enter short description of the draft proposal and relevant keywords. The keywords included in the proposal are crucial for the selection of the most suitable expert by the NCP. If the applicant wants to submit the draft proposal later, then it should be noted in the comments when the draft proposal will be available.

 

New experts are also welcome to register in the portal. The expert should have a high level of expertise in the field that corresponds to Pillar II, Pillar III (EIC Pathfinder) or Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area of the Horizon Europe programme and an excellent command of English. Expert’s role is paid (EUR 600 gross).
