As many already know, upcoming Southern California Linux Expo (SCALE)
is coming next month.

What: SCALE 9X
When: Feb 25-27, 2011
Where: Hilton LAX on Century, near the 405

Cost: $60 (student discount available)

The premier Open Source conference in the U.S., now in its 9th year,
will have content for everyone! If you're looking to learn, you can
choose talks from the developer's track, the new sysadmin track, the
beginner track, or one of the two general interest tracks.

If you're interested in chatting with the exhibitors, you'll be able
to to wander the Expo floor, with over 80 booths of open source folks
eager to talk to you.

For 2011, SCALE will be held at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport (new
location from the previous year):

On Fri, Feb 25, SCALE will co-host "SCALE University" training. For
an added charge, one can attend classes on cfengine, security best

SCALE was started by members of UCLA LUG, USC LUG and SCLUG. We offer
a 50% discount for students, just use the promo code STDNT.

Hello, We have similar discounts available for all of the local LUGs.
For example UCLA LUG members can continue to use the code "UCLA".
